Account settings help you control your Kao setup and privacy choices. Some privacy requests may be handled through support while dashboard controls are being expanded.Open settings
Open Settings from the dashboard sidebar. Today, this area is also where you can restart setup if you want to choose a different bot path.Export your data
Use data export when you want a copy of the information Kao stores for your account. If an export control is visible in your dashboard, use it there. If it is not visible, contact support and request an account export. Exports can include profile details, bot records, collections, rotations, sync groups, activity history, billing references, and other account data.Large accounts can take longer to export.
Delete your account
Account deletion permanently removes your Kao account and associated data.- Export your data first if you want a copy.
- Use the dashboard deletion control if it is available.
- If the control is not visible, contact support and request account deletion.
Deletion certificate
When available, Kao provides a deletion certificate that records the deletion request and processing status. Keep it if you need proof that the request was made or completed.Policy updates
When Kao updates legal policies, the dashboard may ask you to review and accept the new version before continuing.Cookie preferences
Use cookie settings from the site footer or account area to review available cookie choices and save your preference.Language
Kao supports multiple interface languages. Use the language switcher to choose your preferred language. If your browser or region suggests a language, Kao may choose it automatically until you change it.Privacy basics
Kao uses Discord sign-in and stores the account and server management data needed to provide the service. Kao does not:- Read your Discord messages
- Sell your data
- Show bot tokens after they are saved
